(a) No person shall park any of the following vehicles upon any residential street within the City at any time:
(1) Any vehicle that is wider than seven feet and longer than eighteen feet; and
(2) Any vehicle with more than four wheels.
(b) This prohibition shall not apply to commercial vehicles while the operator thereof is making a delivery or a service call.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
