505.16 FISHING.

(a) No person shall engage in the act of fishing on the Upper Reservoir and Memorial Lake before 9:00 a.m. or after 3:00 p.m. during the Federal migratory waterfowl hunting season as it applies to such areas.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
