505.11 HUNTING AND TRAPPING PROHIBITED.

(a) Except as provided in Section 549.08(d), the hunting of animals or fowl within the Municipality is prohibited. No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms or any other means. No person shall trap with any trap other than a box-trap, live-trap or other trap designed so as not to cause injury or harm to persons or animals.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
