373.13 RIDING PRIVILEGES SUSPENDED; IMPOUNDMENT.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter may be prohibited from riding a bicycle or motorized bicycle for a period not to exceed six months in addition to any other penalty imposed.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter may also be punished by having his bicycle or motorized bicycle impounded for a period not to exceed five days.
