   355.06 PROCEEDINGS AGAINST OWNER WHO WAS NOT OPERATOR; RENTAL VEHICLES.
   Section 4521.09 of the Ohio Revised Code shall govern proceedings against an owner who was not the operator of the vehicle and rental vehicles.
