351.99 PENALTY.

Any person found to be in violation of 351.04(f) (parking in a handicapped zone without permit) shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) but in no case shall an offender be sentenced to any term of imprisonment. For other penalties, see Section 303.99 for misdemeanor classifications and penalties.
