351.15 TRUCK PARKING IN R-DISTRICTS.

(a) No commercially plated or nonplated vehicle, with an unladen gross weight of more than 7500 pounds shall be parked, placed or allowed to remain on any street in any residential zone or on any residential premises in any residential zone.

(b) It shall be an affirmative defense to a violation of subsection (a) hereof, that the vehicle was as the time of the alleged violation being used for emergency purposes or delivering goods or necessary services and that to effectuate such purpose it was reasonably necessary to use a vehicle exceeding 7500 pounds gross vehicle weight unladen.
