351.14 OVERNIGHT PARKING; MAXIMUM CONSECUTIVE PARKING.

No person shall park, or cause or permit to be parked a motor vehicle upon any street between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except where there is no driveway available. However, in no event shall any person stand or park a vehicle for more than twenty-four consecutive hours upon any street within the City.
