   339.14 USE OF “JAKE” BRAKES PROHIBITED.
   (a)   The use of a “Jake” brake or similar braking equipment shall constitute a public nuisance within the City.
   (b)   No person shall use while operating any commercial car, trailer, semi-trailer or vehicle, a special brake or “Jake” brake.
   (c)   Whosoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 97-3. Passed 1-7-97.)
