311.07 PUBLIC EVENT PROHIBITIONS.
(a) No person shall ride bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, inline skates, scooters, or motorized vehicles, except handicap and official event vehicles, within the perimeters of the closed-off area of any public event.
(b) “Closed-off area” is defined as that area described on the City permit and delineated or marked, in whole or in part, by barricades or safety lines.
(c) “Public event” is defined as any event held open to the public for which a City permit is required and held at a fixed location.
(d) This section shall not apply during a parade, to the participants of the parade, providing the parade has been authorized by a City permit pursuant to Section 311.02.
(e) (1) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(2) If the offender persists after reasonable warning or request to desist, the offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
