311.06 SKATEBOARDS.

   (a)   No person shall operate or ride a skateboard within the downtown business district as more fully defined in "Exhibit A" attached to Ordinance 88-46 and incorporated herein by reference as if fully rewritten herein.

   (b)   The operation and riding of a skateboard upon any public way between the hours of dusk and dawn be and hereby is prohibited in the City of Norwalk.

   (c)   No person shall operate a skateboard or similar device on public or private property in willful or wanton disregard of other persons or property.

   (d)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
