171.01 POSITIONS; COMPENSATION.

(a) The positions of Assignment Clerk, Bailiff, Deputy Clerk and Clerk of Court or any combination of these positions in the Municipal Court are hereby established and shall receive such compensation, payable in bi-weekly installments from the General Municipal Court Fund.

(b) The Clerk of Court is empowered to appoint Deputy Clerks who shall receive compensation, payable in bi-weekly installments from the General Municipal Court Fund.
