157.99 PENALTY.

It shall be unlawful to locate, construct, reconstruct, enlarge, change, or maintain any building or land in violation of this chapter. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any regulation thereto shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Every day during which such illegal location, erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, change, or maintenance continues, may be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 95-130. Passed 9-5-95.)
