   153.01 COMPOSITION.
   (a)   There is hereby established a Treasury Investment Board which shall consist of the Mayor, Finance Director and Law Director.
 
   (b)   The Treasury Investment Board shall appoint a Clerk, who shall be a person other than the Clerk of Council, to serve as Clerk to the Treasury Investment Board, and who shall be the keeper of records and perform such other duties as the Board may assign.
