147.08 QUALIFICATIONS OF FULL-TIME FIREFIGHTER.

Each applicant for appointment as a regular full-time firefighter shall conform to the following rules and requirements:

(a) Shall be a citizen of the United States and shall meet residing requirements of City of Norwalk Personnel Policy Manual Section 3.6.

(b) Shall have a high school education or its equivalent.

(c) Shall be between the ages of eighteen and forty, inclusive.

(d) Shall not have been convicted of any felony in any state or Federal court.

(e) Shall pass a physical examination to be given by a physician named by the Civil Service Commission.
