145.07 SPECIAL POLICE ALARM SYSTEM.

Banks and other private institutions are granted the right to have installed a police alarm system, to be connected with the City Police Headquarters, upon the condition that the cost of installation and maintenance of such alarm system shall be borne entirely by such institution receiving such special service.
