139.03 OFFICE MANAGER.

   (a)   The Director of Public Service and Safety is empowered to appoint an Office Manager to provide common supporting services in an efficient manner to the Operating, Executive, Legislative and Purchasing Departments.

   (b)   The Office Manager shall be paid bi-weekly. Twenty-five percent (25%) of his salary shall be derived from the General Fund; twenty-five percent (25%) from the Sewer Fund; twenty-five percent (25%) from the Street Fund and twenty-five percent (25%) from the Water Fund.
