139.02 PART-TIME AND PROBATIONARY OFFICE EMPLOYEES.

   Part-time office employees and probationary office employees may be employed in the various departments of the City, upon approval by the department head and the Director of Public Service and Safety, and shall receive compensation in biweekly installments from the General Fund.
