139.01 CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICE.

The Director of Public Service and Safety may employ civil engineering and inspection services as may be required by the City and the compensation for such services shall be fixed by the Director of Public Service and Safety in accordance with the schedule of fees and salaries established by the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers.
