   131.01 CLERK TO MAYOR.
   The Mayor is authorized to employ a clerk who shall perform such duties as the Mayor shall assign, and who shall receive compensation payable in biweekly installments from the General Fund. (Ord. 72-77. Passed 11-21-72.)
