SECTION 10.11. CHARTER REVIEW COMMISSION.

In January, 1978, and each five (5) years thereafter, Council shall appoint seven (7) members, qualified electors of the City, holding no other Municipal office or employment, as a Charter Review Commission.

The Commission shall examine this Charter, hold hearings to secure suggestions thereon, and not later than August 1st, of the year of its appointment, report to Council its recommendations.
