SECTION 10.09. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.

If any section or part of this Charter shall be held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not invalidate or impair the force or effect of any other part of this Charter, except to the extent that such other part is dependent for its operation on the part declared invalid.
