SECTION 10.03. ASSESSMENTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS.

No person shall orally or in writing solicit or in any manner be concerned with the soliciting of any assessments, subscription or contribution of any type, for any partisan political purpose whatsoever, from any person holding a position in the classified civil service of the City.
