SECTION 9.03. TERMS OF OFFICE.

Terms of office shall begin at 7:30 a.m. on the first regular business day in January following the election and shall terminate at 7:30 a.m. on the first regular business day in January following the election of successors who have duly qualified and entered upon the duties of office.
