SECTION 7.01. GENERAL.

The provisions of general law relating generally to budgets, appropriations, deposits, expenditures, contracts, and other fiscal matters shall be applicable to the City, except as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this Charter or as otherwise provided by ordinance.
