SECTION 1.01. INCORPORATION.

The City of Norwalk, Huron County, Ohio, within the corporate limits existing at the time of adoption of this Charter, or within such limits as may be established thereafter in the manner provided by general law, shall be and continue to be a municipal corporation in perpetuity, under the name of the "City of Norwalk". This corporation will hereinafter be referred to as the "City".
