720.03 REGISTRATION AND PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No Vendor shall operate a mobile food unit with the City of Norwalk, Ohio, without having first registered and obtained and maintained a current permit in accordance with this Chapter.

(b) No Vendor, having obtained a permit in accordance with this Chapter, shall operate a mobile food unit except in accordance with the terms of the permit.
