719.15 NO SOLICITATION LIST.

(a) The Safety/Service Director shall create and maintain a "No Solicitation" list upon which shall be listed the addresses of premises at which direct solicitations shall not be conducted

(b) Any owner, lessee or occupier of any premises within the City may request, in writing, that said premises be placed upon the "No Solicitation" list.

(c) A copy of the "No Solicitation" list shall be given to each person to whom a direct solicitation permit is issued and shall otherwise post the list.

(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to make or attempt to make direct solicitations at any premises listed on the "No Solicitation" list.
