721.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.

(b) In addition to all other penalties, the franchise of such owner or the license of such driver may be revoked, at the discretion of the Director.
