721.07 OBLIGATION TO CARRY PASSENGERS; EXCEPTIONS.

No person operating a taxicab shall refuse to carry any passenger to any destination within the limits of the City. This requirement shall not apply to any proposed passenger who is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or who's behavior would otherwise be offensive to fellow passengers. (Ord. 2017-028.
