523.99 PENALTIES.

(a) Whoever violates Section 523.11 is guilty of willful abandonment of a junk motor vehicle, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

(b) Whoever violates Section 523.05(d) is guilty of unlawful disposition of reclaimed junk motor vehicle, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

(c) Whoever violates divisions (a) of Section 523.10 is guilty of unlawful removal of impounded property, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

(d) Whoever violates divisions (b) of Section 523.10 is guilty of unlawful entry into an impounded motor vehicle, a misdemeanor of the third degree.

(e) The foregoing penalties are in addition to any other penalties or offenses provided by law. (Ord. 2017-031. Passed 10-3-17.)
