523.02 PUBLIC NUISANCE.

The location or presence of any abandoned junk motor vehicle on any public or private property, or public or private street, alley, or way within the City is hereby deemed a public nuisance and is subject to summary abatement as provided in this Chapter or any section of the Norwalk Codified Ordinances or as provided under any relevant provision of the Ohio Revised Code.
