943.20 CLERK OF CITY TREE BOARD.

The City Tree Board shall appoint a Clerk, who shall be a person other than the Clerk of Council, to serve as Clerk to the City Tree Board, and who shall be the keeper of records and perform such other duties as the Board may assign.
