943.18 INTERFERENCE WITH BOARD.

No person to prevent, delay or interfere with the Safety/Service Director, the City Tree Board, or any of its agents, while carrying out the duties of this Chapter and otherwise engaging in and about the planting, cultivating, mulching, pruning, spraying, or removing of any public trees, or trees on private grounds as authorized in this chapter.
