943.02 OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL OF PUBLIC TREES.

All public trees lying within the City of Norwalk shall be subject to the ownership and control of the City. All public trees may be maintained, trimmed, planted and removed by the City as provided in this Chapter. (Ord. 2013-034. Passed 6-18-13.)
