1321.99 PENALTY.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter or any order issued hereunder shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and shall be fined up to two hundred dollars ($200.00). Each day during which a violation of this Chapter continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
