1321.13 EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY.

   Any person, firm, owner or organization to whom a building permit is issued under this Chapter shall save, indemnify, and hold harmless, the City against any and all liability, judgments, damages, costs and expenses which may in any way accrue against the City in consequence of the issuance of any permit or certificate under this Chapter.
