1321.08 INSPECTIONS.

(a) The Building Official shall make such inspections of the building or structure for which the building permit was issued as will reasonably insure compliance with the provisions of this Chapter.

(b) No person shall refuse to permit the Building Official to perform the inspections required by this Section nor shall any person hinder, interfere with or abuse the Building Official in the performance of the duties of this Section.
