925.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates Section 925.09 of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense. Each conviction of a violation of Section 925.09 subsequent to the first shall constitute a misdemeanor of the third degree.

(b) Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each violation. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
