925.08 ENFORCEMENT.

   (a)   The Storm Water Utility Fee imposed by this chapter is due and payable in full upon billing. Bills not paid when due shall incur a ten percent (10%) fee on all outstanding charges.

   (b)   Payments on bills for the Storm Water Utility Fee shall be applied first to any accrued and unpaid service fees, the interest and then to the Storm Water Utility Fee.

   (c)   The failure to pay any fees or charges provided for under this chapter shall result in the termination of water service to the subject property.

   (d)   All fees and charges provided for under this chapter shall be the obligation of the property owner and may be recovered as in other civil actions.

   (e)   The Director of Law may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief to enforce any provision of this chapter or rule or regulation adopted hereunder.
