925.07 POST CONSTRUCTION WATER QUALITY DESIGN REGULATIONS.
   (a)   All construction sites for new development or redevelopment projects that disturb greater than or equal to one acre, including projects that disturb less than one acre but are a part of a larger common plan of development or sale that disturbs greater than or equal to one acre, shall comply with storm water regulations for post construction runoff quantity control set forth in the City's Engineering Standards for Infrastructure Construction.
   (b)    All construction sites for new development or redevelopment projects that disturb greater than or equal to one acre, including projects that disturb less than one acre but are a part of a larger common plan of development or sale that disturbs greater than or equal to one acre, shall comply with storm water regulations for post construction runoff quality control and Erosion/Sediment Control Regulations set forth in the City's Engineering Standards for Infrastructure Construction.
   (c)    All construction sites described in subsections (a) and (b) shall comply with the requirements for permitting as set forth in the most recent General National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for authorization of stormwater discharges associated with construction activities issued by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and in effect at the time of the development or redevelopment described in subsections (a) or (b).
