187.10 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Administrator shall adopt rules and regulations not inconsistent with the terms of this Chapter for the administration, levying, enforcement, collection, remittance and allocation of the transient guest tax. (Ord. 2011-009. Passed 4-5-11.)
