187.09 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.

   Any funds collected by the City from the tax levied and imposed pursuant to this Chapter shall be allocated in the following manner:

   (a)   Fifty percent (50%) of the monies received shall be deposited into a separate fund which shall be spent solely for the purposes to make contributions to Convention and Visitor's Bureau activities in the City of Norwalk, Huron County, Ohio.

   (b)   The balance of the monies received shall be deposited into the General Fund.
