1510.05 FUEL.
   (a)   Except as otherwise provide in this Chapter, only fuel recommended by the approved exterior furnace's manufacturer shall be used in any exterior furnace.
   (b)   Regardless of any manufacturer's recommendations, no person shall burn in any exterior furnace any matter prohibited by regulation of the Ohio or United States Environmental Protection Agencies including, but not limited to trash, plastics, gasoline, naphtha, household garbage, material treated with petroleum products, particle board, railroad ties, telephone poles, pressure treated wood, leaves, yard waste, paper products, cardboard, or any other material that may cause the emission of offensive or noxious odors, smoke, airborne ash or debris.
