1510.03 INSTALLATION LOCATION REQUIREMENTS.

   (a)   Approved exterior furnaces shall be permitted only for single family residential use and only in the R-1 Zoning District

   (b)   Approved exterior furnaces shall be located only in a rear yard.

   (c)   Approved exterior furnaces shall be located no closer than 75 feet to the rear, side and front property lines.

   (d)   Approved exterior furnaces shall be installed only in compliance with the manufacturer's specifications, including specifications for clearance to combustibles.

   (e)   Approved exterior furnaces shall be located no closer to the structure served by the furnace than required by the manufacturer's specifications.

   (f)   Approved exterior furnaces shall not be installed in any building or structure unless such installation is recommended by the approved exterior furnace's manufacturer. If such installation is recommended, then the installation of an approved exterior furnace in a building or structure shall be in compliance with the furnace's manufacturer's specifications.

   (g)   Commercial exterior furnaces shall be located no closer than 300 feet from any structure that is not served by the furnace.
