901.05 DRIVEWAY APPROACHES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.

   Where the sole excavating to be done consists of installing, replacing, repairing or widening of a driveway approach in the public right of way, prior to commencing such excavation, the owner must submit an application and twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee to the Director of Public Service and Safety. After inspection of the proposed excavation, the Director or his designee shall issue a permit for the excavation provided the work is not in violation of any of the City’s ordinances or construction specifications.
