1143.08 ACTION BY COUNCIL.

Following such hearing and after reviewing the recommendations of the Planning Commission thereon, Council shall consider such recommendations and vote on the passage of the proposed amendment to the text of the Zoning Ordinance or the Zoning Map. Any provision of said proposed amendment disapproved by formal action of the Planning Commission shall require the concurrence of five (5) members of Council for adoption. Any provision of said proposed amendment approved by formal action of the Planning Commission shall require the concurrence of four (4) members of Council for adoption.
