723.09 LOITERING AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTS.

It shall be the duty of the operator of an Adult Entertainment Business to designate one or more employees to monitor the activities of persons on the Permit Premises by visually inspecting on the Permit Premises at least once every thirty (30) minutes or inspecting such property by use of video cameras and monitors.
