723.08 SIGNAGE REQUIRED FOR ADULT ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESSES.

In addition to other signs required by other sections of this chapter, every Adult Entertainment Business shall have a sign upon each door which provides ingress and/or egress for patrons that states the following in at least 48-point type:

(a) Loitering in or around the premises is prohibited.

(b) Littering is prohibited by law.

(c) Persons under the age of eighteen are not permitted in areas where adult entertainment is performed or adult material is displayed.

(d) This premises is subject to Norwalk City Ordinance 2001-65 regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses.
