723.07 HOURS OF OPERATION.

No Adult Entertainment Business shall be open for business upon a Sunday or Legal Holiday as defined in the Ohio Revised Code. No Adult Entertainment Business shall be open for business between the hours of 12:00 a.m Eastern Standard Time and 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
